I don't know w...You've got it right, Dick. I don't know what to do either but they are coming and taking a heck of a toll on the environment. Personally, I think that recycling should be mandatory, subject to fines if you throw anything that can be recycled out!! But then of course you have to have someone to enforce that and it's a daunting proposition.
